Each session is entirely designed around you, the player. Your strengths, where you can improve, what we can work on to build your game and make you a more complete footballer.
My sessions always take your other football commitments into consideration and look to complement that in the most effective way for you.
Whether it’s your fitness, strength or balance that needs help, or the specific attributes required for your position, our work together will make you a more impactful player with a greater understanding of the game.
During the sessions I compile a full assessment then give feedback on your strengths and weaknesses so we have a positive understanding of what’s required to continually improve your game.
I’ll examine how you function physically through your movement, agility, strength and speed, along with your technique in all areas needed to improve you as a player.
While all this is going on, I’ll also go through a detailed assessment of your mentality – how you approach training, your response to different tasks, your composure under pressure, etc – will all be reviewed and discussed during our sessions.
